Nutritional supplements:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply return
the your order within 30 days of receipt of your shipment and
receive
a refund, minus any shipping and handlingg charges and a 20% re-stocking
fee. Full refunds will be applied to all unopened, resalable
bottles.
No refunds on opened bottles or orders placed and "refused"
upon delivery. Orders placed with volume discounts with be credited
on a pro-rated basis. Returns for orders placed during our free
shipping promotions will be credited less our regular shipping
and handling fee as posted on the web-site. Credits are usually
issued
within 2-3 weeks of our receipt of your returned item. You will
receive a credit notice by e-mail upon completion.

Machines and Equipment:
In the unlikely event that one of these items is defective,
we will gladly replace it at no cost to you. If you are not satisfied
with your product you may return it for a full refund less shipping
& handling and a 20% restocking fee. We will only accept returns
on machines and equipment that are unopened, unused,
and in resalable condition with absolutely no markings on the
packaging.
The issuance of a return authorization number does not guarantee
a refund. All machines and equipment will be inspected upon receipt,
and final decision is at the sole discretion of IntoMyHealth.com
management. If your returned item is determined to have been
opened,
used, or otherwise not resalable, no credit will be issued.
Books and Media:
All sales on books and media of any kind are final. Sorry,
no exceptions.
Smoking cessation programs come with an unconditional 30 day
money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with
these products, simply return the unused portion within 30 days
of purchase for a full refund. You do NOT need return authorization
before returning your smoking cessation product. Simply package
them and return the box to the address listed at the top of your
invoice. Further, the Maintenance Formula is for customers
who have quit smoking using SmokeRx® and require additional
support beyond the seventh day. In order to receive a refund on
the SmokeRx® kit, the Maintenance Formula must be returned
unopened with the seal intact. No refunds will be issued on opened
bottles of the Maintenance Formula.
While SmokeRx® requires no return authorization,
any other order received by Natural Women's Health and Nutrition
without return authorization will not be acknowledged and no refunds
will be given.
Repeat purchases of the same product are consider
final sales. No refunds will be issued on any order or for any customer
that has ordered and
Unauthorized or ineligible returns will not be accepted and no
refund will be issued.
Reordering constitutes satisfaction. All reorders are final.

e-mail with your RMA# along with detailed instructions.
Damaged Product: If your shipment arrives in less than satisfactory
condition, customer must alert the delivery man and call the carrier
immediately to advise or refuse the shipment. It is the customer's
responsibility to verify the condition of each shipment upon receipt.
In the case of missing items, extra items and/or damaged items
that cannot be attributed to the carrier(s) involved, Natural
