Shipping Information
Same-day shipping
It is our policy to ship all orders within 24 hours of placement. Most orders placed by 3 p.m. Eastern Standard
Time, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) are shipped the very same day provided
that the item is in stock. We at Advanced
Health and Nutrition appreciate that when you place your order
with us, you want it fast. That's why we stock virtually all of
our products on site.
Shipping Methods and Free Shipping
Advanced Health and Nutrition uses the United States Postal Service
(USPS) as our standard carrier. The default shipping method for
all purchases is US Postal Service First class mail with delivery
confirmation at a flat rate of $5.95 including shipping and handling.
Orders with a total weight of more than 12 ounces are automatically
upgraded to USPS Priority Mail at no additional charge to you. During
the checkout phase of your visit, you may upgrade your shipping
method to Priority Mail or Express Mail for an additional charge.
A few select laerger items are shipped only by UPS ground service.
These items are clearly marked on the product page and state the
exact shipping charge for the item. If you would prefer your order
shipped via another carrier, please contact our sales department
at 866-968-3663 and we will gladly make the appropriate arrangements.
Re-shipping
We will gladly accept any re-shipping requests. If the request is
made due to customer error (i.e., incorrect or incomplete shipping
information provided), you will be charged a re-shipping and handling
of $9.95, and your package will be sent via USPS Priority Mail with
a signature required(USA orders ONLY).
Shipping Restrictions
Any products containing ephedra cannot be shipped to military addresses and the following states:
California
Illinois
New York
Out of stock
On the rare chance that we are out of stock on the item that you
are ordering, we will notify you immediately. You will have the
option to cancel your order, however, out of stock items are usually
shipped in just 1-7 business days.
The delivery times described below reflect the US Postal Service
Estimates. We apologize that we cannot be more specific with regard
to US Mail delivery times.
*First Class Mail
First Class Mail usually delivers in 1-7 business days, depending
on your proximity to warehouse location (CT).
*Priority Mail
Packages shipped by Priority Mail deliver in an average of 2-3 days
to most domestic destinations. (Occassionally your item will be
received in only 1 day and occasionally as long as 4 days)
**Express Mail
Express Mail is our fastest service, with 1-2 day delivery time
by 12 noon to most destinations. Express Mail is delivered 365 days a year—with no extra charge for Saturday, Sunday,
or holiday delivery.
**Please keep in mind that these delivery times are from the date
your order ships, not the date the order is placed. As noted above,
all orders for in stock items usually ship the very same business
day. If you place your order after 3pm EST, your order will ship
the following business day. If you place your order after 4pm on
a Friday, your order will ship the following Monday. Saturdays,
Sundays and Holidays are not considered business days. We hope this
information helps you to calculate your anticipated delivery time-frame.
