General Terms- After you receive your initial 30 day supply, your HDP shipments will consist of new 30 day supply bottles delivered approximately 5 days before your current supply is scheduled to run out. Your card will be billed the reduced HDP price plus shipping and handling the day your product is shipped.

There are no enrollment fees and your purchase is backed by Advanced Health and Nutrition's No Questions Asked Cancellation Policy. You may cancel future shipments at any time after 30 days (you agree to receive at least one more at the HDP discounted price). Your cancellation request must be made at least ten days before your next scheduled shipment. You will receive email confirmation of all changes to your program.

You may also call to make arrangements to receive a credit on any unopened bottles you return. Credits will ONLY be issued for unopened bottles. A restocking fee of 20% on the retail price will apply. You must obtain an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to return your order for a refund. Any returns received without prior authorization will not be accepted.

All bottles must be returned with proper postage throught the US postal service with return receipt for your records. Please do not refuse shipments or write return to sender in lieu of cancelling your program as it can often take 30 days or more for your item to be returned to us and your program will not be cancelled during that time which will result in continued shipments.

To make changes to, cancel, or restart your HDP (Home Delivery Plan) monthly auto-ship program, simply fill in the information below and press the submit button. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your cancellation for your records within 48 hours. If you do not receive a confirmation via e-mail within 48 business hours, your e-mail may not have arrived sucessfully to us.

Reference number is a six digit number and usually begins with the number "5". It can be found at the top of your sales receipt. The original order number can be found on the email receipt you received at the time you placed your order. It is a five digit number and usually begins with the number "2" or "3".
